This stunning pin features 3 point set round brilliant cut, SI1-SI2 , F-G diamonds = .16 tcw, and is encrusted with 54 bead set mine cut SI1 F-G diamonds = .43 tcw (1 missing)  plus 11 point set sapphires = .33 tcw (1 replaced), all set in platinum with a milgrain finish. Includes appraisal. The pin is 46mm long and 27mm wide, total weight of the pin is 10.4 grams.
